We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Bonjour,
We use coupon to pay at 100% their appointement.
Once, a customer get directly his appointement
but sometimes, they go thru the woocommerce funnel.
1 - Why I do not have the same process for both cases ?
2 - How can we force them to enter the coupon ?
3 - What does the color (blue/green) means ?
With best regards
Emmanuel

Hello Emmanuel,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. 2. Can you please elaborate on what you are referring to and I will assist you with this?
3. The blue color means that the appointment has been made on the back-end, while the green color indicates that the appointments has been made on the front-end. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Bonjour Uroš,
1 - When a customer get an appointement with a 100% discount coupon using the same service, sometimes he goes with WooCommerce (with the card icon), sometimes the appointement is with a "on site" paiement (location icon). In service, no on site paiement is allowed.
2 - What I have to do to force the process with WooCommerce even if the amount is 0 or force for a "on site" paiement with 0 ?
With best regards,
Emmanuel

Hello Emmanuel,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The option that influences the WooCommerce process when the appointment is 0 is the "Hide WooCommerce cart when price is 0" option on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
