Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Adding data to an form (an order)?

    Hi there,

We are an automotive business with 100,000+ lines in a CSV that we provide to customers. Currently our customers return by email what they want to order from viewing that CSV.

We want to build a very easy option online that allows customers to visit a page and search the same data, and really only search for product ID numbers that they want to "add to an order" - which somehow is then sent to our team (email/form etc).

Like building a basket online but we don't want to explore ecommerce plugins because we don't require "online ordering/browing etc" with commerce.

We need just a fast facility to search a large database and easily transmit a list of wanted Product ID numbers to our sales teams.

I have included a screenshot of something like what I am trying to acheive but ignore the Barn reference. It shows a page, with a search box and I want your plugin to return search results from a new database.

I look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes Craig

    Hi Craig,

I believe this is the same subject / use-case as you wrote on the other ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3509137/?

If that is the case, we will close this one and if we can just focus on the original ticket, please, but let me know if there is another subject on this one, if i misunderstood.

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic,

as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already)

or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue; it will not speed anything up.

We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience.

If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
