All my customers are telling me that since Friday the booking process has not been working.
I tried to do a check and it is actually true, you can make the whole reservation, but at the time of confirmation there is a white screen that does not allow you to conclude the reservation. I urgently need to fix this situation.
I have the latest 6.7, I'm desperate with these latest updates I always have problems, the one of personalized notifications has not yet been solved and now this one.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.
In regards to WhatsApp, have you configured this integration as per the following documentation?
They have always worked, every now and then they freeze and then they resume, then they freeze then they resume.
So I don't think it's a configuration problem otherwise they would never have worked. But rather problems that come out and then are magically solved, so I don't think they can be attributed to third parties.
However, I will double-check the configurations for the umpteenth time, and possibly consider whether to opt for other booking solutions because it has been 10 days of madness in my beauty salon because of this problem with reservations.

I also just saw that a new update came out today with the number 7.0
Did you intend to update the plugin to this?
However, I tried to upgrade to version 7.0 and it still doesn't work.
Always the usual white screen.

The reservation now seems to work, but unfortunately no whatsapp confirmation or email arrives to the customer.
