My clients are not receiving the 24 hour appointment reminder notification.
I have tested it out myself and tried clicking different settings. Even when I try to send a "test" email it says error to send. Can you please advise how to fix this?
I have consulted my Hosting site and they verified that nothing is blocked their end. This is a new issue because last week everything was still sending fine. I have no way now of knowing when a client books an appointment.
To replicate: When an appointment gets booked, no notifications are being sent/received to the employee or the client who booked.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

Actually at this time none of my notifications are being sent. To the employee or the client. Please help.
