    All my tables disappeared. This has happened a few times in the past and cannot remember the fix.

    Hi Jason, 

    Can you tell me do you have our latest version 5.8.2 installed?

    Did you perhaps move the Site data to another Domain or changed Domain name for it?

    Did you maybe change the database Table prefix on your SQL WordPress Database?

    I can take a remote look, if you can provide us with access :


    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, 

    as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),

    so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    This was resolved on the actual hosting company's side. A plugin they use to cache pages went wonky and it zapped a lot of images and pretty much anything with a shortcode. 

    It's unrelated to datatables, so no further help is needed. Thank you. Love the product.
