We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

Recently, Amelia has been making time slots make sense when they are not available. The time slots for appointments booked with Amelia are not displayed. This is of course true. But the blocks not available from Outlook are shown. If you then want to make an appointment, you get the error message that the time slot is not available. The strange thing is that this is true only from 21-11-2023. And now when I put a time slot in the Outlook calendar it is still shown as available (with error message when you actually want to make a booking).

Can you please help me with this?

    Regards

    Marcel Janssen

    Hello Marcel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I'm afraid that we do not quite get what the issue is exactly. We will try to help as best as we can but in case me misunderstood something please explain to us again in step by step and send us a couple of screenshots.

    1. You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Google Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.

You can read more in our documentation about Configuring Google Calendar in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.

    2. In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.

    3. In settings/inetgrations you gave option called maximum number of events returned to 2500 please make sure that is set like this

And make sure to purge the cache.

    This should help.

    Kind Regards,
