Hi there. Our practitioners each can handle a patient for every 15 minutes while the service duration is longer than 15 minutes (30 or 40 minutes). For example, when I made a booking for a patient to an acupuncture at 10:00 am and this service duration is 30 minutes, currently I can't make another booking at 10:15 am as Amelia thinks the 10 am service finishes at 10:30 am so I am not allowed to book another patient in at 1015 am. The reality is, our acupuncturist only needs to spend a few minutes to put needles in and then they nave time to handle other patients.
How can I set Amelia so that I can book patients in within the service duration of an existing booking? Please help. Thank you!
We understand your use case, but, unfortunately, this is not possible. If your employee is already booked for 10AM, he will be busy until the service is finished for service duration (30 minutes). That means that he will not be able to work on another time slot until the first one is finished. The only way to make this possible ( in some sort) is to have two or more employees, where if one employee is busy, the other one will be available for booking, but the practice mentioned above also applies in this case, as well.

I want to be able to let customers book sessions for the same time slot that is already booked. I have set the maximum capacity of services to more than 1 and enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page. But it doesn't work.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

I renewed my annual Amelia subscription to a lifetime licence through TMS-Plugins (via Paddle.com). The invoiced amount and the amount shown in the receipt is A$369.20. However, when I checked my credit card transactions, Paddle actually charged me A$380.27. The overcharged amount is not big but it made me not comfortable with that. I sent an email to Paddle to ask why. They responded and asked me to chat with a virtual assistant following a chat link. As the virtual assistant is not a human he couldn't understand what I was talking about and cancelled my renewed subscription. Now I couldn't access my Amelia subscription to renew it. My current subscription is due on 10 Feb 2024. When I login I can see any information about my current subscription.
I sent a few emails to paddle and asked them to keep my subscription as Amelia is used in our live website. But after 2 days I haven't received any response from Paddle/TMS Plugins.
I didn’t want to cancel my lifetim renewal. What shall I do to renew my current subscription to a lifetime licence? Shall I buy another subscription? If I buy another subscription, would my Amelia settings in our live website be affected?
Unfortunately, if the license is canceled through the TMS store, there is no other option than to buy a new license. The license renewal is automatic, but if you cancel subscription you will not be charged on the next renewal date, and after that date passes, you will still be able to use the plugin (the version you updated to last before the subscription expired), but you won't be able to receive new updates, and you won't have access to premium support.
Since this question is not related to the active ticket title, can you please open a new ticket in pre-purchase category, so we can track tickets more easily?

You can enter the new purchase code in the Activation settings and Amelia will automatically recognize the domain of your website. As for the current settings, this will not be deleted, just make sure that you have the slider "delete Amelia content" in the Activation settings disabled.

It is the same place, you just have to deactivate the current purchase code and then enter the new one instead of the current one. In this way, Amelia will recognize the new license and assign to the domain of your WP.
