Yes, this is possible, but it requires a bit of configuration. First, you would need to set the Default Time Slot Step step to 5 minutes. Then, the service duration needs to be configured to 5 minutes. And, lastly, the employee work hours need to be configured to cover those 5 minutes. On the booking form, you will get something like this -
