With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Hi, after a recent update, I'm getting reports that some users are unable to edit fields in a table. This is the 2nd ticket I'm logging as the first one has received no response.

To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.

1. In regards to a first ticket not responded, could you please send me the Ticket ID number or the title of the ticket so we will check it quickly?
It seems we have responded all the older tickets that are with subject of wpDataTables but we will certainly double-check.
2. In regards to the issue at hand of some users not being able to edit fields in a Table;
Could you please ask the users to record a Video of their screen and show us how the issue looks?
We are unable to reproduce any editing issues on any of our Test Tables and Sites, so it seems it might be something specific only on your Site at this time.
We can also remotely take a look to try if editing works from our end, if you wish.
You can send me an URL of the Page where you have the Table, and if there are multiple tables just point us to the Table ID and Title on the Page?

But we don't wish to mess up anything on your live site and Table, so maybe we can make a new private Test Page with a duplicate of that Table with your permission and let us know which fields seem to be an issue for those users reporting it?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you tell us does the editing on back-end work without any issue, so only for specific front end users it won't work?
If the Video or any screenshots you might send contain any sensitive Data, please make sure it is a PRIVATE reply for security purposes.
