I have purchased the basic version but I also want to use the whatsapp notification feature. Can you please let me know how I can do that?

Hello Lalita,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This option is not available in Basic license and you can not use it with that license. As far as we can see you have Pro license not Basic so you should be able to see this feature in notifications section like this
