We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
just wanted to see if this is possible before i purchase..
We are wanting a set price for our service between 9-5pm
i.e. 65 per hour
but if wanting to book between 5pm - 10pm
the price would raise to say 80 an hour
Is this possible?
Thanks
Hello Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, there is no option to set the price per hour. If you set the price for a service it can be a fixed price or you can set the custom pricing and duration. To give you an example of what you can do with the custom pricing -
You can have the "normal" duration of 8h with the price of 65 USD, but if you enable the Custom pricing and duration, you can set the duration of 5h to cost 40 USD, for example.
On the booking form, a customer can choose if he want to select the duration of 8h or 5h and the price depends on the duration (on your settings)
Also, the option for increased price based on the time of booking (if we exclude the price per hour) can be configured like this
You can make two employees and assign them to one service. Each employee will have its own schedule (work hours) and then in employee settings of each employee you can assign different prices. Then, when a customer is about to choose a particular timeslot, Amelia will recognize that this timeslot is assigned to the appropriate employee and it will display the price for that employee. If that makes sense.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for the reply
Similar to having 2 employees, I suppose I could create 2 services? Normal Service / Out of office Service, with different hours and then set the price difference there?
Thank you for help.
Hello Daniel,
You are welcome. Yes, you can. For example, if you have two services and two employees, when you assign them to each service, in the assigned services tab, you will see them both
This will require a bit of work hours configuration in case if you want your employees not to work the same work hours for both services. You can find more information regarding the employee work hours on this - link
The main trick here is to hide the employee selection option so the customer will not have the option to select the employee after choosing the service.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
