Cathy's website has not worked since the Amelia plug-in version 6.7 was updated about a week ago. We dont have a restore point captured. 

The REST API critical issue (screen grab below) only appears in the Site Health page when the Amelia plug-in is active (all other plug-ins were inactive at the time). I have tested this a few times this evening so I don't believe the API/cURL issue is a hosting issue. I have also tested SSL and the Wordfence Firewall but couldn't find anything there. So, all roads point to the Amelia plug-in.

I'd like to restore an earlier version of Amelia to see if this works. Can you help with this.

The Rest API issue manifests itself in timeout failures on woopayments deposits and refunds. When Amelia app is active, I cannot process a refund due to timeout. 

Site performance is massively impacted - 20 seconds or more for a screen to load at the payment stage.

Ok thanks Stefan. When you say "choose the downloaded fix we sent", which folder/file should I choose ? There are 10 folders each with many files...Apols, I am a bit new to this space. Cheers

Please provide that fix to everyone. 

I just bought Amelia, did set it up and now I'm facing the same problem. When Amelia is activated I get error messages and the website is down! As soon as I deactivate Amelia everything works fine! 

Please roll out an update asap or provide the bug fix (zip-file) on your website.
