If only this customer has this issue it could some sort of role conflict so the easiest way is to delete this account and to create a new one. Please try that and let us know if everything is fine after that.
It doesn't work that way because for some reason it says that the client has a future booking and her account can't be deleted. Although she doesn't have any bookings.
I solved it by changing her email with an other, by editing her profile and created a new account with the clients email. It works fine for the client.
That is really strange and we are glad that everything is working now. But just in case please wide the search in the appointment time range and check if she has some booking in the future.
I am very sure there is no booking because I have only bookings with zoom location. So if someone books, a zoom meeting is created. And I don't have any future meetings.
We have never encountered this issue before. When Amelia shows this notifications until now in 100% of cases there is an appointment in the future. You can perhaps check that in the database, In any case, we are glad to hear that everything is fine now and we wish you all the best.

I apologize for my remarks earlier. I now alter posts in a simple way using the post owner's methodology. which permits me to carry on working Two times already, I have opened the ticket. But nobody has yet shown up to respond.
One of my clients is trying to enter her profile and an error is showing up. She enters for a second and it's dropping her out showing an error.
Can we do something about it or I should try to delete her account and sign her up again?
