Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This is resolved. I had created a service with 1hr duration and an extra with 1 hr duration. That was the problem. Deleted all of the extras and re-created them with no duration and it is resolved.

Pls. only look at the first booking element on the page.
I set the duration to 1hr with NO buffer time and it still displays as 2hr slots. Can't figure out where the 2 hours is coming from.

No, I have not, that's why I can't understand why it is displayed as 2hr. It was never and still now is not set to 2hr, never a buffer set either.
