Automatic updates have never worked for me on Wordpress for Amelia.
With the last update, I received an email stating it was ready and a download link - this worked well.
There is currently a new update (6.7) available and its been available for a while now but I haven't received the email with the download link. There is no way to download it manually through Wordpress either so any help would be great.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Automatic updates should work when the license is activated in the Activation settings. This also means that you should be able to see the notification in the Plugin section.
We can send you the 6.7 Amelia via WeTransfer so you can manually install it. Please, let us know if you have any issues.
