    Hallo,

    ich habe ein paar Fragen zu eurem Plugin: 

    Wo kann man USD in Euro ändern?

    Wie kann ich die Pufferzeit individuell festlegen, also beispielsweise 15 Minuten?

    Hintergrund ist, wir möchten das System für die Webseite eines Weihnachtsmarktes benutzen. Also für eine Eisbahn mit festen Slots über den Tag hinweg. Es gibt je Slot z.B. 50 Plätze und damit wären 2x Schulklassen je 25 Plätze im selben Timeslot möglich. 

    Außerdem sind die Termine jeden Tag also Mo - Fr zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten. 

    Dann gibt es noch eine andere Verwendung des Buchungssystems und zwar für eine Weihnachtsbäckerei, beides muss parallel funktionieren.

    Gibt es hier Tipps, wie wir neben den Fragen mit dem Plugin umgehen müssen?

    1. You can change that in settings in a payment like this

    2. You can set buffer time for each service individually in services-edit service like this

    4. The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

    When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

    My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

    You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

    When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
