You can add more fields by adding the custom fields for the Amelia menu. For example, there is a custom field Adress that you can use to gather more information from the customer.
Just make sure that you assign them to both services / events
Please note that this field will not work without enabling the Google Maps API key. Here are the instructions on how to set it up - Google Maps API
