We hire out our venue, we have two time slots Daytime 11am to 5pm and evening 6pm to 11pm
Price for day is more than eve
How can I add this to the bookings so they can select day or eve, date see if avail and book from there? is this possible?

also is their a way to show all bookings in a calendar view that I can share with everyone? without giving access to Wordpress?
So I have managed to over come the different timeslots and different prices for day and eve by adding as Employees.
So Daytime Employee 11am to 5pm
Evening Employee 6pm to 11pm
I just need a way now to show both employees on a calendar either on Google Calendar or another way so I can share with staff when the venue is booked. Is there a way to do this?

You could connect both employees to the Google Calendar and then share both of their Google Calendars to one general calendar where you will be able to oversee all of their appointments.
