    Hi

I am going to be running a baby yoga and massage course which is on Mondays, with each term being 5 weeks. For example the first term being..

    30th Oct

    6th Nov

    13th Nov

    20th Nov

    27th Nov

Is there a way of using Amelia as the booking system for this?

I have tried Packages but that wouldn’t work as it allows users to select the dates they can do. I would need them to sign up to all 5 classes in one go, they can’t choose dates.

I have looked at Events but i can’t seem to just be able to select Mondays, I can add a date range in but it includes all days of the week.

Also looking at a waiting list function for users to register their interest for when the course is fully booked.

    Thank so much!
    Jo

    Hello Jo,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can use the recurring event option. For example, you select Oct30, select the date/time, check the option "This is a recurring event" and then select the period for recurring event (daily, weekly, etc)

So, if you set it to recurring weekly (every week) until Nov 27, on the event list booking form, you will see something like this

Currently, there is no option for the "Waiting list", but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,
