We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I would like to add that customers have to pay 50€ of the regular price online, while the rest can be paid in person / cash. As I activated all the needed settings and checked the outcome afterward, I recognized that the formula tells the customer that the rest of the payment has to be done on the site as well. This would definitely complicate the payment process for us and our customers. And if this is not possible, we can not include the option of a deposit fee and have to accept the risk of getting cancellation. I really hope for your support. Thank you in advance.
Hello Sanaa,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
If i understand this correctly, you already enabled the deposit option for a certain service? This is the way of setting up the configuration, so that the customers can pay a deposit in front, and then the rest will be paid "on site". Please note that the deposit function will not work for services that have an "on-site" payment method, it will work for "online payments" meaning that, if the customer chooses to pay with Stripe, for example, he will be asked to pay a deposit fee and the rest will be paid on site.
You can find more information regarding the deposit feature on this link - Deposit payments
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Stefan,
thank you for your answer.
Is it possible to pay the deposit online and the rest of the payment in person / in store after the service?
Hello Sanaa,
Certainly, yes. The deposit feature is only available for online payments, and the customer would need to pay a deposit in advance, while the rest will be paid on-site.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
