The only way for deleting Events' tags is in your database, unfortunately. There isn't a possibility of deleting them in the WP back-end. So, you need to access your database, open the wp_amelia_events_tags table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database), and delete the tags you don't want to use anymore. This will on the other hand save you the trouble to re sort your events in order for unwanted tags to not show up.
How can I delete a keyword (tag) of events?
