If I want to reschedule an appointment, changing the time and assigning it to a service in which there is already an appointment in progress, it is not possible. My services have a capacity of 4 users.
I cannot choose the time of the services that are reserved, even if they have a capacity of 4 people and only have one reservation.
The same thing happens if I create a new reservation from the "+" button. I cannot assign a service to a customer who is partially booked at capacity.
The only option I have is to edit the reservation and add a customer, but if I apply a discount coupon, this coupon is automatically applied to all reservations in the selected time slot
For that purpose, you will have to remove the customer from the current date and time and add that same customer to another date and time on which you want them to be rescheduled as there is no option to book an appointment on the back-end on top of existing appointment.

Tahnks for the video. The problem is when updating the "custom fields". If we have "file" type fields it is even more complex, because you have to reassign them manually. And I think that if the slot where you move the reservation has one assigned with a coupon, the new one will be assigned automatically.
Another problem is that you cannot make a reservation from the backend for a time slot that is partially occupied. Even when there are free spaces, you are not allowed to choose the coach's time if you already have a reservation, even though the capacity has not been reached.
