Yes, you will be able to deactivate it on one Site/ and activate on another Site.

There are two ways to deactivate it from the 'current active Site'.

For our users who bought licence on Envato,  

since you don't actually need the TMS Purchase Code in order to activate it - but you rather click on "Activate with Envato" button in the Activation tab of our plugin;

When you need to switch the domain on the Licence, it can be done in two ways :

1. If you still have access to the old domain, you can log in the WP-Admin there,

and in our plugin settings, on the "Activation tab", under Envato API, you will have "deactivate from Envato" button there.

And it should then look like this as deactivated :

Once you deactivate the old domain from the licence,

all you need to do is log in the new Site, in our Plugin's Activation Settings, click on "Activate with Envato" ;

 it will take you to the Envato log-in page, where (upon logging in) the license will be activated.

2. If you don't have access to the old domain's WP Admin, to deactivate licence that way;  then we have to manually find your Envato Licence in our Database and deactivate the Domain for you.

If that happens, please send us your Envato Licence key/code and we can deactivate any currently active domain - then you can activate the new Domain after that.

If you send us the Envato Licence key , just make sure to mark the reply as PRIVATE, for security reasons, since this is a Public ticket.

We can disable the currently active domain on your Envato Licence, but in order to find you in our system, can you please confirm your Envato Licence key?

Can you please double-check did you send us the correct Envato licence key before.

Please send us the licence key which we should deactivate from the currently activated domain;

we will also advise you which domain it was active on;

then my manager will deactivate it - and we will let you know when that is done so you can go in the WP-Admin and activate it via the Envato API button.

And just to double-check, you wrote :

I have 2 licenses and one is activate with ecomercio.cl and the other I want to activate it with ecomercio.eu. 

Can you confirm if we understand, one licence should remain activated for ecomercio.cl - can you confirm which Envato licence key should remain on that domain;

and what is the other licence key which we should deactivate, so that it can become free for ecomercio.eu?

Thank you for confirming what happened. No problem at all.

I am able to log in as an Administrator and see the back-end WP-admin on the site https://www.ecomercio.eu/wp-admin/;

but when I go into the installed Plugins, we can see wpDataTables is not installed on this Site in the Plugins list.

Can you please log in your Envato Account, download the latest wpDataTables installation from there;

then install it following this guide : Installation?

Once you install the latest wpDataTables here, purge cache of the Site.

And, I just recalled, for the Envato activation, the user has to go through the Envato API, so we can't do that for you easily from our end, can you please try this first?

Here are the steps :

So, after you have wpDataTables 6.5.3 installed, go in our Plugin settings/Activation Page, click on "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO", and the plugin will take you to the Envato log-in page, where (upon logging in) the license will be activated.

If it does not work right away, it can happen because Envato's API is limited to linking 3 requests per second, so you will probably need to click on "Activate with Envato" a few times until the license is activated, but once it is activated, it will stay active and you will be able to update the plugin through the Plugins page.

Can you please try now, and let me know if it works? 

Just remember that you probably will need to click on "Activate with Envato" a few times before it actually activates the license.

Let us know if you see any error come up, and if so, please record your screen so we can see exactly what happens and what kind of error happens on your screen.

Thank you for this clarification.

If I understand, the issues you are experiencing are not related to our Plugin wpDataTables, but to a WordPress Theme named "AdForest – Classified Ads WordPress Theme"?

It seems I found it as your current Site Theme on WP-Admin :

If that is the case, we do not develop nor support that Theme, the developer is "ScriptsBundle".

Please contact the correct Support for it.  It seems that Theme developers have their own Ticksy platform (https://scriptsbundle.ticksy.com/) so I advise opening a ticket there.

Our Support can only cover issues with our own Plugins, which are :
