We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear TMS Crew,
I am encountering problems with a fresh Amelia install. Adding Services, Employees all goes smooth, but I cannot add events. Wordpress 6.3.2 with PHP7.4 and Amelia 6.7
Whenever I try to save a new event, i see the 'Waiting' splash for a second, but then I return to the new-event-panel. I already set the SQL_BIG_SELECTS to true (needed for my database). No events are added.
No PHP/SQL errors show up, but:
Browser console reports a 403. So maybe its CORS related. I disabled web applications firewalls, but no change.
Here are some details:

Hello Jna,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Uros,
uuuuh, I was looking in the complete wrong direction. Yes, I have to confess I used my devel-email both for login and testing. Changed that at the customers page, now everything is fine.
Thanks for your immediate help. Again, you managed to solve the issue with just one reply. Kudos!
Jan.
