When a client books an appointment, there is no success notification on the website. It immediately goes to the calendar again. How can we do this?
We also cannot get it to make email notifications, not to the client, not to the therapist. The appointment is visible on the backend and in outlook agendas. We'd like to have emails as well. Can you help?
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We managed to get the email working with the help of our provider. So now the only question that remains is how to show a 'you succeeded to make an appointment' window when they close Amelia after making the appointment.
In regards to your last question, unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Our website has 7.4.33 PHP. We use SMTP so that should be fine. I have no idea what you mean by the credentials are not correct. Can you clarify this?
And what about I success notification when someone has successfully booked an appointment?
