I own a cheer gym, and when I have parents registering their children, if they use the same email address for both kids, then they can only access one account.
Is there a way to have one account with multiple members in that account or allow the same email to be used on each athlete's account?
Also, I need to know when a member arrives without signing up for the class how do I add them and deduct them from the classes they purchased to keep the correct count?
Unfortunatelly, there is no option to have one account with multiple members, each account has to have a unique email address. If you are about to make a new customer (WP user) with the same email, it will not let you set the same email, and each WP user needs to have its own credentials in order to log in to the Customer Panel (or WP)
Regarding the adding and deducting the appointments, i suppose you are referring to the Packages? If that's the case, in the backend, you have the tab Packages, right next to Services, here you can manage the Packages and appointments.
Please, let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you need assistance with anything else.
