I spend some time and I test/try out the new Form 2.0 because my customer needs to change the service names.
Now, I discovered that I can't select the category first and as next step only the belonging services. It should be selectable and displaying underneath. If you select it is all on one line and it looks ugly if you have bit more service text.
In the old version of Form 1.0 I was able to display only the services so I could have only ONE list for her customer to choose.
As she is the only person who manages her bookings/services we need to have a solution either to be able to select Category, and below the Services in the new Form 2.0 or to be able to have a little bit more space in the form 1.0 (the padding around the selection/service) is too large. I tried to add the CSS but if I change the %50 to %60 it looks even uglier than without.
The test is on my test-environment with (left button) Termin buchen NEW (Form 2.0) and (right button) Termin buchen (Form 1.0) Please take a look at both options to see the differences:
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello Team
A little update:
1. Meanwhile I managed somehow what I wanted. So you can forget my first request below.
2. The only thing which would be great is if you could select first the category and underneath the service belonging to this selected category.
Could you please take a look at this and guide me through in case it works?
Thank you in advance for your help - always greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Brigitte
