We seem to be having issues loading services via Amelia plugin on iOS / iPhone with latest iOS 17. This happens on iPhone 14/15. We seems to not get to load the services until we reload page. Then it does work. We did exclude scripts from WP Rocket already and we do have 256MB RAM for WP available frontend so not sure what is going on. Do not see errors yet either.
Would appreciate some pointers to make Amelia work on iPhone.
Thanks for reaching out to us. On the first look, it's hard to tell without taking a deeper look. iOS 17 is fairly new, so i could be an optimization problem. Is this the case with just services not loading properly?
Have you had a chance to test it on the other devices, on Android?
We did seem to experience the issue on Chrome / Safari using macOS and Windows as well. So it was a general issue where Amelia data often only loaded on clicking on the actual area where it normally should load right away.
We decided to exclude the Amelia JS as delayed loaded JS in WP Rocket Caching Plugin :
Yes, this can be also related to the conflict with caching plugins. Usually, when the booking form can't be displayed on the front end is because there is a conflict between the caching plugin and Amelia. It depends on the caching plugin, but there are some workarounds/settings that can be changed in order for Amelia to be displayed on the front end.
Please, keep me posted regarding the testing from multiple locations and devices.
Thanks Stefan. Yes, it does seem to be working as I am sure you saw when you visited the page. We tested from two locations, multiple ip addresses and 2-3 OS and browsers.

/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/js/frontend/amelia-booking.js.
/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/js/chunks/(.*).js
This change in WP Rocket with the exclusion - see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/14yYEsCjNJlIefFn67y9fkb2Zx1cYmsQV/view?usp=share_link - of these scripts seems to be working now for the loading of Amelia at https://healinghandstherapy.nl/services/ . Tested in Safari 17.0 / Firefox 118.0.2 (64-bit) on macOS Sonoma 14.0 .
We are however still testing from multiple locations and devices.
