Hi there, I'm Adit. We purchased Amelia for consulting and class booking in our wellness space website. We tested internally and so far I think it's good. However, we have a few urgent questions that require answers:
Our practitioners also serve as writers/editors on the website, alongside their Amelia Employee role, and have individual author pages on WordPress. Is it possible to link their classes to their unique WordPress IDs for automatic display on their author pages?
Currently, all our classes and consultations take place onsite. Is there a feature that allows us to track our customers' class attendance, such as a barcode system?
Do you offer any reporting or report generation features? These are essential for our audit and analysis needs

When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

I have read the documentation and seems like adding specific or multiple employees through shortcode is not possible (something like [ameliabooking services=currentAuthorID] variable). However, could you kindly provide a possible alternative solution for this? (show services based on current employee. the employee equal to the wordpress user)
This is one of the cruical features to have in our website. I don't mind if it needs a little bit of coding or customisation.
You can not link them to id from WordPress but with the id in Amelia. THis is how Amelia is designed and this is how it work and this can not ba latered.
We mentioned that you can use this shorcode for example
[ameliastepbooking employee=1] here 1 represents id in Amelia and based on that you can show each employee separately. This is what you can achieve in Amelia at this time. Hope this help.
