We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello dear support,

We are setting up the calendar for a customer and he would like to manually enter his own customer appointments in the calendar in addition to the appointments booked on the website. These should be appointments that contain individual customer names or services that are not previously entered in the system, but should be able to be entered manually. For example, if a customer is not registered on the website because he does not have an email address but makes an appointment by telephone.

In this case, there should be an option to enter an individual appointment that does not require a customer to be created in the system. In addition, the service should be able to be entered individually.

    Is there a possibility here?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello Björn,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this is not possible within Amelia's built-in features. While you can search for a customer, it is required for a customer to be added first before you can make an appointment for the same customer. When you are about to make a new appointment from the backend, you can see that there is a new window asking to create a new customer first.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Please, let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
