is there a way to preload custom field values from the latest booking while creating a new one for the same customer?
If it is a quick win, we would be satisfied by a shortcut in the custom fields tab of the backends new appointment form which fires an JS that imports the custom fields of the latest appointment of the same customer.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Custom fields are tied to appointments not to a customer so this is not possible to achieve at this time I'm afraid.
