Hi, I noticed that to receive the appointment reminder configured with Cron the customer receives it only after logging in, otherwise nothing arrives. How does this happen?
Cron is set on your server and for anything related to cron setup or any possible restriction like this one you need to reach out to your hosting provider so that they can check the necessary permissions that are set and to test and see why is this happening in this way.
