Hello, my google calendar syncronisationused to work, but is not working anymore.
I checked all the settings in the console cloud of google, as well as the settings in Amelia, but when I try to connect the employee in the employee section of Amelia, then it does not want to connect to google.
I followed the tutorial from the beginning and everything seems to be well set.
Would you have any other option to get through the problem ?
thanks
Hello Blandine,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Are you seeing any errors when you want to connect to the Google Calendar with employees? Usually, there is an error "unable to connect" when you want to connect the employee. If that is the case, please, take a look at this article - "Unable to connect to Google Calendar" error in Employee's Profile
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
