This is an issue we have for users that use the Elementor Cloud Hosting, unfortunately.

We went through all the details with our senior 2nd level Support Team as well as our developers.

To be completely honest with you,

we already had a couple of other users who tried to use our plugin with Elementor Cloud hosting.

Each time, we gave it our best efforts and so far, unfortunately, mostly due to their hosting support not cooperating with our users,

and for the lack of available access to FTP/Hosting Panel, 

( for example, in one situation, we found a couple of scripts that might have been the root of an issue from their server for one user,

but their hosting support refused to assist our user in dequeuing said scripts, so the user gave up);

For the time being, the best advice we can give you is to consider changing the hosting provider if possible,

if using our Plugin is crucial for you.

At the moment, this is the only Hosting Provider that wpDataTables has this kind of issue with, for all other Hosting Providers, our Tables are working fine.

We will do our best to somehow communicate with Elementor Cloud hosting and to find some solution with them in the future.

We got the feedback from some other users who tried this Hosting that their support is not very cooperative in terms of troubleshooting with our plugin for the moment,

which is why I can't say a realistic ETA how long that might take and how much they will be willing to cooperate from their end in order to make that hosting viable for our plugin;

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Yes, we definitely plan to do our best to somehow try to cooperate with the Elementor's side to debug this issue, since we are aware that it is certainly a popular Hosting solution.

Right now, that is the only Hosting that our Plugin has issues with - for any other Hosting, we have no bad reports or issues.

So far, unfortunately, we had no luck, as mentioned we had some attempts, but the biggest issue so far is that it seems the Elementor Cloud Hosting Support will not allow you full access to any kind of a Hosting Panel , FTP, and WordPress Database;

Our developers would need a Staging version of your Website -  along with FTP Credentials ( so that they can inspect the WordPress folder of our Plugin, etc);

and WordPress SQL Database access, either via URL with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or URL with credentials for a Hosting Panel.

If you could get any kind of access like that, and make a separate, Staging version of your Website, because we don't wish to mess up anything on your Live Site - then i can reach out to our developers, send them the remote access and they can try to investigate in more details to make a step closer to a solution.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

If you get the access, you can write credentials here just ensure to check it as a PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us, for security reasons.

That sounds great. Once you prepare access to everything he mentioned, please respond to this ticket privately (as you just did), and we'll forward the credentials to our developers so they can inspect the issues mentioned in this ticket.

I just wanted to advise our developers fixed the issue with Elementor Cloud Hosting, so now our users can switch between our Tabs in the wpDataTables Plugin back-end without having any errors.

This fix has been added in our latest version 6.6.1, released at 07.08.2024.

I realise a lot of time has passed since we had last communication, but just wanted to let you know, so you just need to update the Plugin to the latest version 6.6.1, if you haven't already and the issue should be fixed.
