To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.

I will pass your feedback to our Management in regards to having to register for a pre-purchase question on Ticksy.
We do not own Ticksy, we just use their platform for providing our Support, so we can't guarantee that it will be possible to change that, but we will do our best to improve that in the future.
1. Is the plugin compatible with Oxygen Builder?
The plugin is compatible with most premium themes and page builders.
However, since there are tens of thousands of themes out there, and a hundred builders (which are all usually premium), we can't guarantee that the plugin is 100% compatible with any theme or builder.
Especially in an environment such as WordPress, where developers freely and frequently change their code, logic, libraries, frameworks, etc.
We tend to resolve all conflicts as soon as they arrive, and if you encounter any, feel free to reach out to us and we'll gladly help.
In most cases, these conflicts are easily solved with some custom CSS or adjustments in our plugin, or in the theme or the builder.
Specifically in regards to the Oxygen Builder, as far as I am aware we have several users that are using it and so far we did not have any reports of issues, so i believe it should be absolutely OK, but as we said, we will certainly be here if you notice any detail out of order so we can quickly help.
2. Is possible to format the data retrieved with Oxygen?
I am sorry, but we are not very familiar how Oxygen retreives data, could you please point me to any example if they have it, or if you can elaborate in a bit more details so we can advise you if that data can be pulled and formatted with our Tables?
If you can add any screenshots/ link for an example or a Video that could help just to ensure that we understand what kind of Source Data you will be working with, and if you can elaborate a bit more on how you plan to format that data?
3. Formatting Data with CSS :
If you mean to add styles to the Tables with Custom CSS, yes.
There are a lot of possibilities for you to add styles through our plugin.
First, the easiest way is to check our native / out of the box customization options.
You can try different table skins ( each table skin has a different pre-made colors, background colors, design etc) , in table settings/Customize / Base skin :
If you find a table skin that is the closest to what you need,
then you can additionally check the other Customization options, such as Font , Header, Table Borders, Row color, Cell color, Pagination,
and in the end you can add your own Custom CSS.
-
Here you can also check out some basics on how to add CSS to our tables.
We are limited with our support when it comes to customizations with custom CSS,
but we can help you with some basic CSS styles and examples, you can reach out to us with tickets if you need something specific, and we can see if that can be covered by our Support.
-
And i just wanted to point out that you can try wpDataTables before purchasing
on our sandbox Demo sites ( you can find link for the main plugin Demo,
as well as other add-on Demos, in my signature),
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period,
so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)
I just want to have some presale info; why you make me open a ticket and register with password for those stupid questions??
