Thanks for reaching out to us. In the backend, you can notice two fields, appointments and events. In the appointment section, you can see all the appointments based on the time frame you choose. If you click on one appointment, you can find all the details, like a customer's phone number, email, time/date, etc.
For example -
The same goes for the events. You would need to navigate to Events, click on attendes, and here you can see the attendees
Currently, it lacks a bit of information, but we are working on improving the events feature from the ground up. There is no ETA at this moment, but you can follow our changelog to keep up with the updates.
The same goes for the employee panel, just make sure that you choose either the appointment or events section, depending on what you want to see.
I hope it clears a bit. Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
To attach the screenshots again (not sure why are they not displayed previously)

I was able to access the WP using your credentials. If i select the time period for the whole year, i don't see any appointments for Amal.
But, as you can see the number of appointments is 3 for the employee "Free Dance Class" which corresponds to the appointments in the screenshot above
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
