we need to be able to manually reduce price when we add appointments at the backend. Please let me know how to do this.
Many thanks.
Kind regards, Alex
P.S. I've discovered how to apply a coupon when adding a new appointment from the Appointments page, but this option isn't available from the Calendar page. Additionally, can we set up a restriction so the code can only be used by an Amelia Manager or Employee?
Sorry for the late reply. As you already noticed, you can use the coupon feature to manually reduce the price when making an appointment from the backend. Currently, coupons can be added when adding a new appointment from the Appointment section, but not from the Calendar page.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
As for the restrictions, an employee will not be able to see the coupon field, while the Amelia manager will be able to see the coupon field when making an appointment from the backend, by default. For the admin, as you may already know, they have all the privileges, so they will be able to see all the options in the backend.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
