I can completely understand why you made the new ticket to notify us,

just for future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, 

as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) 

or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue; it will not speed anything up.

To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply, 

which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.

The Custom SQL Query you need to pull all those Custom Fields from the WP Travel Plugin probably could be done with some custom work, but our Support does not provide custom work, and our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

But we write down this request though, we are saving all our user requests and our management will consider to start doing Custom work in the near future, so I will let you know on the Email and on the Ticket if one of our developers becomes available for help to write Custom SQL Queries for users.

In the meantime, we are not able to recommend where you might try if you wish to try and hire some developer who is skilled in custom SQL, we don't know anyone from our field who does it at the moment.
