    hi, I have a few questions regarding the plugin:

    1) is the plugin allow my customer to make an appointment by employee (we, service provider), service, date and time?

    2) if my customer wants to cancel appointment, how to proceed?

    3) if my customer wants to reschedule appointment (but payment is made), are they allowed to reschedule appointment without making payment again via the Amelia plugin?

    4) can we set customer not allowed to cancel appointment 48 hours before the appointment date & time?

    5) does the plugin allow customer to sign in (is there a customer panel) to book and manage sessions with us all in one place?

    6) does the plugin allow employee to login and maintain their calendar or make amendments to booked appointments?

    7) does the plugin allow customer to find consultants (we, service provider) by specialties/services/location?

    Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.

    1. Yes, this is exactly how booking works in the Amelia plugin.

    2. 4. A customer can cancel the appointment from the customer panel or the email, but, you can set the "Minimum time required before canceling" option for each service specifically.

    3. Yes, it is possible.

    5. There is a customer panel, but the customers cannot book appointments from it, only cancel or reschedule, whereas the booking needs to be done on the booking form.

    6. Yes, this is possible with the employee panel.

    7. This can be done via services or locations.
