4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
But main thing for Amelia to be able to be translated automatically is language that you set in your page locale. So is you set your page locale on the front end to for example German Amelia will be automatically translated to German.
If you do not set page locale the Amelia will be translated to language that is set in WordPress.
This is a locale language for each page. So you can have multi lingual site and then each page can be translated to different language but you or your web developer must set the language for each page.
Hope this explains it.

Hello Philipp,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are not familiar with weglot and always recommend using Poedit.
Words can be changed using POEDIT example very easily.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.

Hope this helps.

Hi, so a page has to have a fixed language? It cannot be switched by a language-switcher or by the browser language of the visitor?
Hello Philipp,
Yes, you need to create a page with a specific language so that Amelia can know on what language needs to be translated.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
