We are having issues with Booking Appointments from Packages with existing Group Bookings.
On Monday, October 9th, we had created a Special Day for availability, only offering Micro Group Training at 10:00am.
We were able to get 3 customers (out of 6 available spots) booked for that appointment, but when we went to book the 4th customer, the 10:00am time is no longer available.
We have tried removing that booking and re-adding it, but no luck making it work. We're not sure what's going on.
This has been happening intermittently with various micro group training appointments, and it's super frustrating.

We were able to reproduce your case, and seems like everything is working properly. So, we added the special day for the employee for October 14th (since the October 9th has passed).
In the package Micro Group Training - 36 Sessions, we've added four packages for each customer, including the customer Stipe Vincent. As you can see in the appointment section, there are 4/6 spots booked (more than 3) and each of them is for 10AM.
I will leave the appointments in Amelia, so you can double check it yourself. I hope it helps.

Apologies for the late answer. The reason why we tried with the other appointment date Oct 14th is because Oct 10 is in the past, and we weren't able to book appointments for the date that it's the past. Also, it is not possible to set the special day for an employee to be the day that's in the past, thus we are not able to reproduce this case for Oct 10. We were able to reproduce it for the dates in advance, and everything is working fine.

My apologies, i was referring to the front end. It's not possible to reproduce it from the front end since those dates have passed.
If we go back to the backend, looking at the Oct 9 (the date for which you have the special day) and initially you wanted to make appointments for, we did testing again, and there are 6/6 appointments booked for the same time slot (10AM)
The initial problem was "Booking Appointments from Packages" especially "various micro group training appointments", so we went ahead a booked packages for each customer and then the appointments for the same time slot.

No, this doesn't really help. You're playing with a LIVE environment, where clients are actively using their accounts...
The issue is with October 10th. IF you need to test anything, test with that 1 appointment... That's the one with an issue...

it shouldn’t matter if the appointment is in the past. Admins need to be able to add customers from the backend for those dates.
absolutely ridiculous to say that just because the appointment was in the past, that we can’t book appointments on that date…
