under Settings > General I find a toggle labeled "Include service buffer time in time slot" (or something similar, as this is the translation from german). I could not find out what this toggle does.
I have a service set up with 15 minutes time buffer before. Than I tested the booking process and the resulting appointment in the calender, but cannot find any difference.
Attached you finde three pictures:
1. buffertime1_notincl: Settings, booking and outcome with toggle off.
2. bufftertime2_incl: Settings, booking and outcome with toggle on.
3. buffertime3_calendar: The enties of both tests in the amelia calendar.
We have noted the issue with this option for booking form display along with the Amelia/Calendar page and our developers are working on resolving this, but it should work for Outlook Calendar by enabling the "Include Buffer time in Outlook events" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar page.
thanks for your reply. I still don't see what this toggle is supposed to do. Could you describe the intended function, please? And what is the issue you want to solve?
When changing the toggle I don't see any changes neither in the Amelia calendar not in my connected Outlook.
That option should add the buffer times to the time display on the Outlook calendar.
Example: a customer booked an appointment from 11-12, which has 30 minute buffer-time after option. With the before-mentioned option enabled, this timeslot will be displayed in Outlook Calendar the following way:
11-12:30
If this does not work for the Outlook calendar we will have this noted to be passed to our developers and resolved.
could you please see my initial post, where you find the description of the problem. In the screenshots you see that this buffertime *does not* appear in Outllook.

Helo Franziska,
