I would like a setting where i can be able to send all the appointments to one extra emailadress.
We use Amelia, we have different part-time employees and one manager.
The manager must be able to see the appointments in one total overview (Google Calendar). Just like the Calendar overview in Amelia back-end. but then in Google Calendar.
It would be great if there was a way all the appointments are viewable in our info@ mailbox/calendar.
we now use "Send all notifications to additional emailadresses" but there are lots of notifications (including the ones that go to the customer).
In addition it would be great with this option to only receive copy's of emails from employees and not customers.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
