We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I would like to set up a minimum number of appointments a customer can book of a service. Packages don't help here as they don't offer custom durations, additional persons and so on.
Where can I find this setting?
Thanks
Franziska
Hello again Franziska,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
my service is language training, so a service you usually do in bundles of appointments over a period of time. It is not usual to book only one or two sessions/appointments. Every booking also comes with some administrative effort for me. So therefore I want to prevent people from booking less than 10 appointments.
Alternatively could a booking fee interesting. But it is not possible to add ad extra that is calculated per booking and not per appoinment.
The booking of appointments - in opposite to booking a package - has the advantage to chose from several options, like various durations of the appointment, add some extras etc.
Does this help?
Best
Franziska
Hello again Franziska,
What you want to achieve is not possible at this time. With packages you can set that minimum required appointments is 10 and they will have to book at least 10 appointments. But other options are not available for packages. So at this time you would have to choose between booking at least 10 or other option what you want to achieve all together is not possible right now I'm afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
