We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Guys,
When a customer successfully cancels an appointment using the email link, I see that the appointment still shows in the "Appointments" area, which is fine as it shows as cancelled. However I don't understand why it shows on the dashboard under upcoming appointments, as it isn't now an upcoming appointment. Also why does it show in the "Finance" area? I would understand if people had fully or partly paid online, but my client's site has it set to only "On Site". This means they have an entry there for a cancelled appointment with a status of pending, and no other suitable status to choose from. Is this a bug? If not then either can you develop the plugin to remove these entries from the finance area when they meet these conditions or have a status of cancelled their as well. Or are you expecting the client to leave the value paid as zero and change the status to paid (which seems illogical)?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.
The canceled appointments will still appear on the dashboard as there needs to be a record of the canceled appointment if a refund is needed for that booking.
The same explanation goes for the Finance page, but I agree that it should not displayed that way if it is an on-site payment. I will have this passed to our developers to have this changed for one of the future updates.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will gladly assist you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thanks Uros for passing that to the Dev team. Could also pass the other part about cancelled appointments still showing in the “Upcoming Appointments” section of the dashboard. There is no reason for them to show there if cancelled.
Hello,
Will do that, no worries.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
