This test was done on 6.7. (we are using the latest version)
Are you able to make a custom field in the backend, but it's not showing on the front end, or you are seeing the issue in the backend?
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or most likely another plugin you have installed. (most probably caching plugin)
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
We are having the same issue using Amelia and Mylisting theme. We have to switch to a basic theme, create the field we need and then activate Mylisting. Hope this helps
By default, the custom field will not be applied to all events, since Amelia is not recognizing if you want this to be applied to all events. You would need to apply the custom fields to events/appointments according to your liking.
Regarding the conflict, unfortunatelly, this issue is occurring frequently, the workaround is to exclude the MyListing theme or use a different theme to avoid conflict.
but I'm noticing now that you have custom pricing configured. As you can see, the custom pricing will override the maximum allowed spots, therefore the option to multiply the pricing will not be available.
In your case, customers would have the option to choose a ticket (category) with already pre-defined pricing.
So, you currently have two different categories with different pricing. It's true that when customers choose two tickets for one particular category the pricing should be multiplied
But, if I couldn't replicate the issue on our local server. I'm using a new booking form and the pricing is multiplied. Perhaps you can try new booking form.
No data will be lost, you will just use booking form v2 to display events. So, in the same way, you've displayed the old event list v1, you would just need to select v2. In the Gutenberg editor, you would need to select the shortcode module and then copy/paste the shortcode - [ameliaeventslistbooking]
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
That's understandable, i just wanted to double-check if all the options are enabled properly. Have you checked if the pricing is multiplied if you use any other payment methods? For example, Stripe, RazorPay, or similar?
As per testing on our local server, the pricing multiplication does work properly, but it's hard to investigate properly without access. If there is a chance, can you please ask for the access permission? This would be beneficial in solving and easier troubleshooting.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Unfortunatelly, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue, may i ask for the staging site along with the credentials so i can forward this to developers for further troubleshooting?
Exactly, for some reason, the pricing is not multiplying on the checkout on your website, but on our local server the pricing is multiplying, no matter the pricing. Now, to avoid any changes on the production site, our practice is usually just to continue with the staging.
It could be, but my guess is that this is rather related to WooCoomerce configuration. You can eliminate the conflict by disabling the other plugins, and see if there are any issues.
Hello,
Please i need to know if Amelia allows to add custom fields for events .
For example , the name of the guests.
thanks alot
Hello iloop,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Sure it does. When making a custom field, just make sure that you assign them to the coresponding event or service.
If you have other questions, feel free to ask.

@Ronnie Kirschner yes but who should resolve the confltc ? Mylisting or Amelia ?
by the way, is it possible to enable a unique custom field enabled by default for all events ?
Hello iloop,
By default, the custom field will not be applied to all events, since Amelia is not recognizing if you want this to be applied to all events. You would need to apply the custom fields to events/appointments according to your liking.

hello
thanks a lot for your answer
Yes it is checked but I don’t think it has an effect because I use the custom prices area behind
Thanks
Hi iloop,
Well, changes will not be made if there is an event with already confirmed attended. As per this notification -
Does it work if you create a new event with this option enabled? Make sure to increase the maximum allowed spots and then enable this option.
