I set the timezone correctly but it still does not display the time of my workshop correctly on the front end. It shows correctly on the backend though. It should be 9am - 12:30 pm but it shows 10am - 1:30pm for two of the workshops. I am in UTC - 6.

You can close this ticket. We fixed the issue. We can't use UTC we have to set a city and the changes are not immediate, they take a bit to show up once we change the setting to the correct city.
Hello Elizabeth,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Great to see that you were able to find the solution. Just to confirm, usually, when there is a difference between the front-end and back-end timezone, it is because of the wrong timezone settings. This means that you have to set up the timezone to a city instead on UTC, as you already did.
Should you require any additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
