We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello! I use Stripe for my payment processing and i've noticed that Amelia doesn't support Apple and Google Pay in the Booking Form checkout. Any idea when/if this might be available? It's an extremely convenient checkout option for my clients and would be a major perk of the plugin. Amelia rocks so far by the way!

Unfortunately, currently, Stripe is only supporting the credit card option, but you can use Mollie, for example.
Mollie payment gateway is one of the most used payment gateways in Europe and supports various payment methods such as Apple Pay, Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, iDeal, and many more. It is supported only in the SEPA area and the only acceptable currency is Euro.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Do you know why the Apple Pay feature doesn’t work in Amelia? Is it a technical problem that could be corrected later?

I suppose you are using the ApplePay option within the Mollie, right? We only have core integration with Mollie thus we are not sure about the rest, but i would suggest contacting Mollie support to check if there is an error on their side.

No I use Stripe. My question is why doesn’t Apply Pay work with Stripe.

stripe offers the service, but it isn’t integrated with Amelia.

Yes, the Stripe itself offers the service, but, currently, only the option for a credit card is available when using Stripe. I think there is much more than the technical issues in order to integrate Apple Pay with Stripe. We are planning on adding the ApplePay option in future updates, but, unfortunately, there is no ETA at this moment.
