Let me explain better, when a slot is occupied, it would be useful to be able to create a waiting list that notifies customers that the slot has become free (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of that specific slot). Yes, we are working on the waiting list option already and it should be implemented soon. We can not give you eta but it is in development already. Hopefully, it will be implemented soon.
