Hello dear support, can you tell me how long a selected time will be reserved if I have not yet completed the payment process until another customer can book this time again? As far as I can see, I can't define this time myself. Thanks!

The time will not be blocked until the time slot has been booked completely. Going to checkout will not block the time slot.
